Has many tools to obtain data, analyze, and optomise a website. Heatmaps help understand what the users want/do on the site by showing their clicks, taps, and scrolling. This allows one to view the conversion funnel and figure out where visitors leave a site and improve/eliminate the issue. Hotjar also forms analytics that can help figure out what fields take to long to fill, which visitors leave blank, and why they may leave the site altogether. They also set up feedback polls that help figure out exactly what the consumers want and what may be preventing them from achieving it with targeted questions anywhere on your web or mobile site. You have to option to set up your on survey using a simple editor that will give you real time data and that you can export easily to other websites or people.
